Our staff on-site determined that the excessive noise was originating from a worn-out air dilution <br /> valve. I have since instructed our staff to shut-down the system; scheduled to occur tomorrow. As you can see <br /> in the most recent influent lab data from the site (attached), influent hydrocarbon concentrations are extremely <br /> low;ATC does not expect the SVE system being offline to have any negative effect on site conditions.
