House, Neighborhoods B-D. You have permission from <br /> the EHD to start your air knife process Wednesday, Sept 21. <br /> Please be advised that ANY debris/blockage/breakage to the casing as a result of the air <br /> knife/well head demo that precludes the casing from being OPEN TO TOTAL DEPTH OF <br /> CONSTRUCTION will void the 'pressure grout' procedure. Casings that are obstructed or <br /> unable to be cleared to total depth of construction must have the well destroyed by removing <br /> the contents of the well (i.e: overbore or wire line destroyed).
