One application <br /> is for permanent soil vapor probe onsite work and one application is for offsite probe <br /> work on the adjacent property. Included are maps, copies of work plans, a diagram <br /> from the DTSC Advisory —Active Soil Gas Investigations dated January 28, 2003, and a <br /> check in the amount of $178.00 for the two permits. The two work plans reference two <br /> methods of probe installation: direct push and hand auger. It is our intention of install all <br /> permanent soil vapor probes via hand auger to avoid drilling through any unmarked <br /> utilities. <br /> 3 monitoring wells (MW), 3 vapor extraction (VE), and 3 sparge wells are also slated to <br /> be installed. One application is for onsite well installation work and one application is <br /> for offsite monitoring well installations on the adjacent property. Included are maps, the <br /> work plan, and another check in the amount of $178.00 for the two well permits. As <br /> mentioned previously, we do not yet have the completed access agreement papers for <br /> all offsite work (both probe and well installations) but can forward copies at a later time <br /> for EHD records. <br /> If you have questions, please call me at (916) 861-0400 x 249.
