A waste discharge requirement(WDR)evaluation was required by the CVRWQCB <br /> prior to the EHD providing final approval for the corrective action plan tentatively approved by the EHD in <br /> correspondence dated October 29, 2007. <br /> With the condition that the bench scale test(BST)conforms to Prima conditions included in the BST <br /> proposal,the EHD hereby provides final approval to the plan. <br /> The EHD has also reviewed and approved the Executive Summary submitted electronically on December <br /> 19, 2007. The site will be posted on January 3,2008 and the public comment period will be open through <br /> January 9,2008. The EHD will contact you at the end of this period to advise you of the outcome. <br /> After the public participation period has been successfully completed you may start procedures to obtain a <br /> San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District(SJVUAPCD)permit to construct. Please submit a <br /> copy of this permit with your Well Permit Application Form and$89 application fee to the EHD so that the <br /> remediation wells may be installed. <br /> Prior to operating the remedial system,the EHD will need a copy of the SJVUAPCD permit to operate. <br /> Thank you for your cooperation and continued investigational efforts.
