We have been contacted by the site occupant Al regarding construction he wants to conduct in the
very near future. AI may have already contacted you as well. From what I understand,Al wants to expand his
building. The footprint of the expansion would interfere with the proper destruction of wells MW-7, MW-21 and a
vapor point. To avoid delaying Al's project, I wanted to see if you would allow us to destroy the three wells now before
NFA is granted. I understand that there is a possibility that the NFAR may not be approved and a replacement well(s)
may need to be installed. Let me know if this is acceptable and we will prepare a formal workplan.
Thank you.
Jeanne Hornsey, PE
BRANCH MANAGER
CARDNO ATC
Gl Car "&
ATC
Shaping the Futve
Phone(+1)209-579-2221 ext 102 Fax(+1)209-579-2221
Address 1117 Lone Palm Ave, Suite B, Modesto, CA 95351
Email ieanne.homsev(a)cardno.com Web www.cardnoatc.com-www.cardno.com
This email and its attachments may contain confidential and/or privileged information for the sole use of the intended recipient(s).All electronically supplied data
must be checked against an applicable hardcopy version which shall be the only document which Camino warrants accuracy. If you are not the intended recipient,
any use, distribution or copying of the information contained in this email and its attachments is strictly prohibited. If you have received this email in error, please
email the sender by replying to this message and immediately delete and destroy any copies of this email and any attachments. The views or opinions expressed
are the author's own and may not reflect the views or opinions of Cardno.
From: Angelica Sandoval Marin [EH] [mailto.amarin(o)sjcehd.com]
Sent: Wednesday, April 16, 2014 11:55 AM
To: Sara Bostick
Subject: RE: 16470 CAMBRIDGE DRIVE, STOCKTON
Sal ra,
I am responding to your question you had this morning. After reviewing the most recent monitor report, you can
prepare and submit the NFAR report and suspend groundwater monitoring. In addition, the Quarterly Groundwater
Monitoring (QGM) and Status Summary Report Fourth Quarter 2013 and QGM and Status Summary Report have some
errors. The main error is repeat of MW-1 on the top right margin throughout both reports. I will deny the reports in
GeoTracker and at your earliest convenience please resubmit corrected reports.
1
