A "J"flag indicates that a reported analytical result is an estimated concentration value between the method detection limit(MDL)and the practical quantification limit(PQL)specified by the laboratory. 6. Concentration graphs based on tables(presented following Figures)show non-detect results prior to the Second Quarter 2000 plotted at fixed values for graphical display.
