He also said that the plant(Glass Co.)uses water from a well off-site. (2) Spoke with Jose Nunez who said that nobody is living at 1207 East Louise Ave;however,the well is used for irrigation only. He was landscaping the area of residences around this location. (3) Was able to see well;however,it is located behind a fenced property with a sign stating"Restricted Area". Could not locate any responsible person. i I
