1 .. SECOR
1.0 INTRODUCTION
SECOR international Incorporated (SECOR) has prepared this report on behalf of
1 ConocoPhillips to document the findings of additional lateral and vertical assessment
and submit a Site Conceptual Model for the site referenced above (Figure 1). The
1 objective of this work was to delineate the vertical and lateral extent of petroleum
hydrocarbons in soil and groundwater at the site. The scope of work consisted of the
installation of three offsite shallow groundwater monitoring wells completed to depths of
25 feet below ground surface (bgs) and two direct push soil borings completed at the
' approximate depths of 70 feet below ground surface (bgs). This work was performed as
described in SECOR's Work Plan for Well Installation and Vertical Assessment, dated
July 5, 2005, and in accordance with conditions stated in a San Joaquin County 4
1 Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) approval letter dated September 27, 2004
(Appendix A).
1
1 ,:p
a
1
:A
5
qY'
$k
t
tq
1
.'l
F.t.
t.
y
F.q
1205 sCM.doc
