SECOR submits this notification as a representative of Chevron per article 2 (a) of the Barbera Estate agreement for right of entry and Chevron, dated January 2001 SECOR herby provides five (5) days written notice prior to commencing assessment activities on the property SECOR will begin the first phase of assessment activities on or around 15-January, 2001, beginning at 0800 hours The work is expected to be completed on or around 19-January, 2001 The first phase will consist of one (1) soil boring drilled using a truck mounted drill rig in the general location shown on Figure 1, and in accordance with article 2 (b)of the agreement SECOR will begin the second phase of assessment activities on 22-January, 2001, beginning at 0800 hours The work is expected to be completed on or around 25- January, 2001 The second phase will consist of the drilling and installation of one(1) groundwater monitoring well, drilled using a truck mounted drill ng, in the general location shown on Figure 1, and in accordance with article 2 (b) of the agreement • 3017 Kilgore Road Suite 100, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670 916 861 0400 916 861 0430 Far wu w secor coni
