(MDE) was retained by the Bokides Family Limited <br /> Partnership (BFLP)to decommission ground water wells MW-1 through MW-18, EW-1 through <br /> EW-10 and OS-1 at the Flag City Chevron site located at 6421 Capitol Avenue, Lodi CA. <br /> Furthermore,Flag City Chevron monitoring wells MW-8 through MW-13 are multi-level (CMT) <br /> wells and are scheduled to be abandoned starting on 06 May 2008. Well abandonment permit <br /> applications have aheady been processed by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department (SJCEHD) for multi-level wells MW-8 through MW-13.
