<br /> Board staff on 24 January 2007, your attorney Scott Rishwain and consultant Advanced
<br /> GeoEnvironmental Inc (AGE) requested that, pending final closure, we would not require that
<br /> you continue monitoring your wells. Regional Board staff concurs to your request until further
<br /> notice.
