For monitoring and technical reports, also include the report title <br /> (e.g., First Quarterly Monitoring Report 2002) and 1�e discharger certification statement required by the <br /> Standard Provisions and Reporting Requirements. <br /> We will make every effort to make this transition a smooth one;however,please be aware that staff may <br /> not be able to respond to your requests as quickly as in the past.
