Effective immediately, James Marshall will be your primary contact. <br /> Patricia Leary is his supervisor. Therefore,please direct all correspondence, technical reports, and <br /> monitoring reports to James Marshall. <br /> We would also like to take this opportunity to remind you that you are required to submit, in a timely <br /> manner, all monitoring and technical reports required by your waste discharge requirements. In order to <br /> ensure that your correspondence and reports are correctly distributed, please include a transmittal letter on <br /> company/agency letterhead that clearly indicates the discharger name, facility name, discharge county, and <br /> Waste Discharge Requirements Order. For monitoring and technical reports, also include the report title <br /> (e.g., First Quarterly Monitoring Report 2002) and 1�e discharger certification statement required by the <br /> Standard Provisions and Reporting Requirements. <br /> We will make every effort to make this transition a smooth one;however,please be aware that staff may <br /> not be able to respond to your requests as quickly as in the past.
