Deficiency with General Order No. 5-00-119 reporting requirements. <br /> 3. Rocky's Well Abandonment and Destruction. Options presented to supply an alternative <br /> water source for Rocky's Restaurant. <br /> A. Bulk Water Supply <br /> • Currently in use for Restaurant drinking and cooking water supply. County <br /> requirements for temporary water systems have not been met. <br /> • Short-term, costly solution <br /> B. Replacement Well <br /> • CSA wells completed to approximately 150 feet due to expected salt water <br /> contamination at deeper depths. <br /> • Other potential drilling locations limited due to on-site septic system <br /> C. Well head Treatment <br /> Well screened at three intervals. Wellhead treatment does not prevent cross- <br /> contamination. <br />
