However, as you know, this does not mean that we are <br /> permitted to hook up To the water services of Community Service A:-ea No. 31. The annexation <br /> to this community service area is complex. The problem is that it is not permissible to connect <br /> solely to water services. As a result, although only water services are needed for the Rocky's <br /> parcel, it is necessary to connect to and pay for all services, including sewer and drainage. <br /> Unfortunately, the full annexation and buy-in cannot take place until such time as new sewer <br /> capacity becomes available. Thus, even though we have been conditionally approved, additional <br /> sewage capacity is necessary before we can connect to water services. <br /> There are, basically, three alternatives available in order to secure additional capacity and <br /> connect the Rocky's parcel to CSA No. 31 for all services.
