Specify what pump (tank) sump will be used. <br /> 2. Submit information on UL listed status for the proposed Evircn dispenser <br /> sump for gasoline and alcohol compatibility. <br /> 3. Provide the location for the monitoring panel. <br /> 4. Specify in writing what kind of probes will used and their locations. <br /> 5. Environ Geoflex hose is approved for primary piping only. Specify the <br /> secondary piping. Submit cross sectional diagram. <br /> 6. Calculation for tank anchoring and hold-down must be certified by a <br /> licensed engineer unless it comes from the manufacture. <br /> 7. Is the pump shut off completely when the alarm is activated, leak is <br /> detected or the monitoring system is disconnected. If so, submit <br /> explanation and diagram. <br /> 8.
