This deadline was for the submittal of a tank <br /> closure/removal permit and closure plan. <br /> As you are aware, Mr. Dillon is in the process of negotiating with the current tenant of Saddle City <br /> Chevron service station and mini-mart(Bokides Petroleum)and Chevron USA for responsibility relative <br /> to the tank replacement and environmental cleanup work you have requested for this facility.
