• 10 August 2004 <br /> AGE-NC Project No 96-0232 <br /> Page 7of10 <br /> BTEX compounds were not detected from laboratory analysis of selected soil samples <br /> MTBE was detected from soil boring P-40A at depths of 30 feet and 45 feet, from soil boring P-41 <br /> at 30 feet, from soil boring P-43 at 30 feet and from monitoring well MW-19 at 18 feet and 30 feet - <br /> at concentrations as high as 0 39 mg/kg(P43-30) <br /> No other fuel components were detected by laboratory analysis The analytical results of selected soil <br /> samples are summarized in Table 1 The laboratory reports(McCampbell Analytical,Inc work order <br /> 0401260 and Cal Tech Environmental Laboratories I D No 0405-103) and chain-of-custody forms <br /> are included in Appendix C and E <br /> 3 4 ANALYTICAL RESULTS OF GRAB WATER SAMPLES <br /> A total of twelve grab water samples were submitted to McCampbell Analytical, Inc , a DHS- <br /> certified laboratory for analysis of petroleum hydrocarbons <br /> TPH-d and TPH-mo were detected in two grab water samples from boring P-43, at concentrations <br /> of 97 micrograms per liter(µg/1) and 350 µg11, respectively, in the sample collected from between <br /> 13 and 18 feet bsg, and at concentrations of 63 µg/1 and 380 µg/1, respectively, in the sample <br /> collected from between 47 and 51 feet bsg TPH-g was not detected from laboratory analysis of the <br /> selected grab water samples <br /> BTEX constituents were not detected from laboratory analysis of selected grab water samples <br /> MTBE was detected from two P-39 grab water samples collected from between 36 and 41 feet and <br /> between 47 and 51 feet at concentrations of 570 µg11 and 0 65 µg/l, respectively, from two P-40A <br /> grab water samples collected between 14 and 19 feet and between 47 and 51 feet at concentrations <br /> of 120 µg11 and 15 µg/l, respectively, from two P-41 grab water samples collected between 15 and <br /> 20 feet and between 37 and 41 feet at concentrations of 0 79 µg/1 and 1,900 µg/1,respectively, from <br /> one P-42 grab water sample collected between 40 and 44 feet at a concentration of 240 µg11, and <br /> from three P-43 grab water samples collected between 13 and 18 feet, between 37 and 41 feet and <br /> between 47 and 51 feet at concentrations of 540 µg/1, 210 µg11 and 32 µg11, respectively <br /> TBA was detected in one P-43 grab water sample collected between 47 and 51 feet at a concentration <br /> of 13 µg/1 <br /> No other fuel components were detected above the laboratory reporting limits Analytical results of <br /> the ground water samples are summarized in Table 2 The laboratory report (McCampbell <br /> .
