Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Informed the manager about the complaint. The manager had not received any complaints regarding meat being old. Meat is <br /> received daily.The meat is stored in the walk in cooler at 32 F.The meat is ground and stored in the display case at 37 F for <br /> a day.The meat is discounted after 3 pm and discarded if not sold.The meat currently being sold is not grey.
