Sena Josquin Street
Stockton, California 95201
Re: Greyhound Terminal
Location # 8969
Stockton, California
Dear Mr. Infurma:
Engineering-Science, Inc. (ES) is pleased to submit to you, on behalf of
Greyhound Lines, Inc., the July monthly monitoring report for the Greyhound
Terminal in Stockton, California. The monthly monitoring program established by
Greyhound includes monthly observations of groundwater levels and other pertinent
information. Please note that this report is not submitted to fulfill the quarterly status
report requirements outlined in the Regional Board Staff Recommendations for Initial
Evaluation and Investigation of Underground Tanks (1991). This is submitted as a
voluntary additional monthly update. Table 1 (attached) shows groundwater levels and
pertinent observations from the inspection of the monitoring wells. A site map
showing the monitoring well locations is included as Figure 1.
During our site visit on July 8, all on-site monitoring wells were inspected for
signs of hydrocarbon contamination. No free product or hydrocarbon sheens were
observed in any of the on-site wells.
In accordance with a letter from the Public Health Services Department of San
Joaquin County dated July, 1992, the next quarterly status report, including results
from groundwater sampling, will be submitted to your office by October 15, 1992.
A PARSONS COMPANY
LML/SY139.311245 REV 4
