This plan assigns responsibilities, <br /> w' establishes standard operating procedures, and provides for contingencies that may <br /> arise while operations are being conducted at Underground Storage Tanks (UST) <br /> sites. <br /> The provisions of the plan are mandatory for all on-site personnel. All ES <br /> personnel shall abide by this plan. Any supplemental plans used by subcontractors <br /> shall conform to this plan as a minimum. All p,;rsonnel who engage in project <br /> activities must be familiar with this plan and comply with its requirements. <br /> 1.2 SITE DESCkt1PT1ON <br /> 1.2.1 Site Description <br /> The Greyhound Stockton Terminal is loccated at 121 S. Center Street in <br /> Stockton, California. The facility formerly had underground that have since ge been <br /> containing diesel fuel and fuel service lines to bus p <br /> removed. <br /> 13 SCOPE OF WORK <br /> Field tasks to be performed at the Greyhound Terminal in Stockton, California <br /> include the installation of 6 borings around the diesel fuel supply line. <br /> j if additional problems are encountered,future tasks might also include collection <br /> ter and installation of additional wells. <br /> of additional soil samples and groundwa <br /> 1.4 PROJECT~TEAM ORGANIZATION <br /> Table 1.1 describes the responsibilities of all on-site personnel associated with <br /> this project.
