DECEMBER 1994 <br />• QUARTERLY STATUS REPORT (CONTINUED) <br /> TPH-D was reported at or slightly above the method detection limit in the <br /> groundwater samples collected during the December 19, 1994 sampling event <br /> • Tank owner commitment letter: <br /> The cover letter submitted with this report is intended to serve as the tank owner <br /> commitment letter. Greyhound has approved the report and designated ES as <br /> their responsible party <br /> • The quantity of groundwater and vapors removed during the reporting <br /> period and cumulative to date: <br /> Not Applicable. <br /> • Times and dates equipment was not operating, cause of shutdown, and a <br /> corrective action plan to insure similar shutdowns do no reoccur: <br /> Not Applicable <br /> • Timelines for activities currently underway or proposed: <br /> Greyhound proposes to continue the groundwater monitoring and sampling <br /> program The next groundwater sampling event will be in March 1995 with <br /> report submittal no later than April 14, 1995 <br /> Greyhound will submit a work plan for the installation of one additional off-site <br /> monitoring well to EHD no later than March 30, 1995 <br /> • Estimates of the quantity of contamination remaining in soil and <br /> groundwater, and time for completing remediation: <br /> The volume of contaminated soil beneath the site has been estimated based on <br /> the results of the second Supplemental Site Assessment Approximately 6,000 <br /> cubic yards of soil with TPH-D concentrations above zero ppm have been <br /> estimated to remain beneath the site Estimates of time required to remediate <br /> the site will be provided in the Feasibility Study Report which will be prepared <br /> after the results of the planned off-site well installation have been obtained. <br /> PARESSYROIIVOLI WP1725218108969108969L07 DOC R2 <br /> 5 <br />
