The estimated volume of <br /> excavated soils is projected at 14 cubic yards from the fuel- <br /> storage tank pit and the piping trench and 10 cubic yards from <br /> the former waste-oil tank pit. <br /> Once the samples have been collected from each of the <br /> W <br /> P <br /> excavations, the excavation pits will be!zackfilled, compacted <br /> and resurfaced so the station can resume operations. Groundwater <br /> Technology will then prepare an additional work plan based on the <br /> i <br /> data gathered. The work plan will address the status of the non <br /> excavated soils and groundwater beneath this site with regards to <br /> potential or discovered impacts by gasoline hydrocarbons. <br /> Chevronwouldlike to reopen..this stationas soon as possible.
