CA <br /> Mission, Kansas 66202 <br /> Dear Mr. Bates: <br /> MODIFICATIONS TO AND APPROVAL OF WORK PLAN FOR MITIGATION <br /> ACTIVITIES, MARLEY COOLING TOWER COMPANY, STOCKTON <br /> The Department of Health Services (Department) and the Central <br /> Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (Board) have reviewed <br /> the "Current Status and Proposed Work Plan For Mitigation <br /> Activities" dated March 14, 1988 . Submittal of the subject <br /> document was performed in accordance with Exhibit F of the <br /> Department' s March 1, 1988 Remedial Action Order (RAO) issued for <br /> your Stockton facility. <br /> Based on our review and comments received from the Board <br /> (Attachment A) , the Department has determined that the subject <br /> document, with modifications, is acceptable. The modifications <br /> required are enclosed as Attachment B. <br /> You may proceed with site investigation activities providing all <br /> work is conducted in a manner consistent with the modified work <br /> plan.
