Marley will prepare and submit a Technical Report containing the <br /> necessary data by 1 January 1989. <br /> After receipt of the Technical Report, the Regional Board will hold a hearing to <br /> consider modify the Effluent Limitations. Any Board action, or failure to act, <br /> will be subject to petition for review pursuant to Water Code Section 13320. <br /> References <br /> 1.
