WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS <br /> -THE MARLEY COOLING TOWER COMPANY -4- <br /> STOCKTON, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that The Marley Cooling Tower Company, Stockton, in order to <br /> meet the provisions contained in Division 7 of the California Water Code and <br /> regulations adopted thereunder, shall comply with the following: <br /> A. Effluent Limitations: <br /> I. When flow exists, as measured at Moni- <br /> toring Station R-1, Daily Maximum and Monthly Average limits can be <br /> adjusted as follows: <br /> a. Adjusted Daily Maximum Limit: <br /> (Daily Maximum Limit) x (Daily Stockton Diverting Cana' Flow) <br /> (Daily Effluent Flow) <br /> b.
