As of the date of this addendum, five of the six t <br /> monitoring or extraction wells proposed in the Work Plan have been installed at the site. <br /> .Among the five wells installed is monitoring well MW-9S, which was proposed to Dot <br /> Lofstrom of SJCEHD, and approved by Ms. Lofstrom, verbally in a telephone conversation, <br /> with David Evans of SECOR on June 29, 2001. The final monitoring well proposed in the <br /> Work Plan,MW-13, will be installed once an encroachment permit with either the City of r <br /> Stockton or the California Department of Transportation can be obtained. SECOR will not , <br /> begin the OS pilot test until MW-13 is installed. The aquifer testing proposed in the Work <br /> Plan has also been completed.
