By letter <br /> dated April 29, 2009, the EHD directed the submittal of a feasibility study by July 30, 2009, to identify a remedial <br /> technology, or combination of technologies, capable of mitigating petroleum hydrocarbon contamination in the <br /> area of the former underground storage tanks, specifically in the area of monitoring wells MW-15 and MW-15D. <br /> The EHD also directed the submittal of a preliminary site conceptual model by July 30, 2009.
