<br /> Comments — San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department dated October 19, 2007,
<br /> submitted by ARCADIS U.S., Inc. (ARCADIS BBL). The EHD approves requests by
<br /> ARCADIS BBL for the following modifications to the groundwater monitoring and sampling
<br /> program:
<br /> • Continued quarterly monitoring groundwater levels of all monitoring wells
<br /> • Quarterly sampling of monitoring wells MW-3,MW-15, and MW-15D
<br /> • Annually sampling monitoring wells MW-5, MW-6, MW-7, MW-8, MW-13, MW-14,
<br /> MW-16 and MW-17
<br /> • Analyzing groundwater in.monitoring wells MW-7, MW-8, MW-14, MW-15, MW-15D,
<br /> and MW-17 for total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPH-G); TPH as diesel
<br /> (TPH-D); TPH as motor oil (TPH-MO); benzene, toluene, ethyl benzene, and total
<br /> xylenes(BTEX); methyl tertiary-butyl ether(MTBE); and tertiary-butyl alcohol (TBA).
<br /> • Analyzing groundwater in monitoring well MW-3 for 1,2-dichloroethane (1,2-DCA),
<br /> TPH-D, and TPH-MO
<br /> • Analyzing-groundwater in monitoring wells MW-5, MW-6, MW=13, .and MW-16 for
