Taste or odor-producing substances to impart undesirable tastes or <br /> odors to fish flesh or other edible products of aquatic origin or to <br /> cause nuisance or adversely affect beneficial uses. <br /> 13. Violation of any applicable water quality standard for receiving waters <br /> adopted by the Board or the State Water Resources Control Board <br /> pursuant to the CWA and regulations adopted thereunder. If more <br /> stringent applicable water quality standards are approved pursuant to <br /> Section 303 of the Clean Water Act, or amendments thereto, the Board <br /> will revise and modify this Order in accordance with such more <br /> stringent standards. <br /> 14. Concentrations for the following constituents shall not be exceeded as <br /> a result of the discharge at the downstream monitoring station: <br /> Constituent Units Concentration <br /> Copper µg/l 6.5* <br /> Trivalent Chromium µg/l 50 <br /> Hexavalent Chromium µg/1 11 <br /> Arsenic µg/l 5 <br /> Total Dissolved Solids mg/l 640 <br /> * Concentration for copper set at 6.5 µg/1 based on a hardness of 50 mg/l . See <br /> Attachment D, graph Cu / hardness, incorporated herein and made part of this <br /> Order. <br /> 15. This permit shall be modified, or alternatively, revoked and reissued, <br /> to comply with any applicable effluent standard or limitation issued or <br /> approved under Sections 301(b)(2) (C) , and (D) , 304(b) (2) , and 307(a) (2) <br /> of the Clean Water Act, if the effluent standard or limitation so <br /> issued or approved: <br /> (a) Contains different conditions or is otherwise more stringent than <br /> any effluent limitation in the permit; or <br /> (b) Controls any pollutant not limited in the permit. <br /> The permit as modified or reissued under this paragraph shall also <br /> contain any other requirements of the Act then applicable. <br /> F. Provisions: <br /> 1. Offsite ditch soils, culverts and pipes located around the South Yard <br /> will be remediated as indicated in the Remedial Action Plan. <br /> 2. Full capture of reinjected/soil flushing water is to be maintained and <br /> documented within each quarterly ground water monitoring report. <br />
