Influent samples shall be combined into a single sample <br /> which is representative of the volume and nature of the inflow to the two major <br /> components of the plant. The following shall constitute the influent monitoring <br /> program: <br /> Constituents Units Tyoe of Sample Frequency <br /> Total Chromium µg/l Grab Daily <br /> Hexavalent Chromium µg/l Grab Daily <br /> Copper µg/l Grab Daily <br /> Arsenic Ag/l Grab Daily <br /> Total Dissolved Solids mg/l Grab Daily <br /> Effluent Monitoring <br /> Effluent samples from the Andco and ion exchange plants shall be collected prior <br /> to discharge into the North Yard pipeline that conveys effluent to the Stockton <br /> Diverting Canal . Effluent samples shall be combined into a single sample which <br /> is representative of the volume and nature of the discharge from each component <br /> of the treatment plant.
