• APR 2 0 1!-)92
'.N','IRONNIFNTA.L HEALTH
This Case Narrative applies to the data from the analysis (es)
of Hexavalent Chromium, Nitrate, Arsenic, Chromium, Copper, and
Trivalent Chromium for ChemWest Case Number 9226.
All Blanks contained no analytes at or above the reporting
limit for each analyte.
The percent recoveries from all initial and continuing
calibration verification standards were within the required control
limits.
The percent recoveries for all laboratory quality control
samples were within the posted control limits.
Discrepancies between the Total and Hexavalent Chromium
results may be due to error introduced by large dilutions necessary
during the analysis of Hexavalent Chromium. Trivalent Chromium
results will be subject to the same error since they are calculated
from Total and Hexavalent Chromium concentrations.
 t
Al an W.
