Subsurface Soils. <br /> Bid documents for installation of the Flushing <br /> System are being reviewed by the contractors. <br /> Comments have been received from the Agencies <br /> and the bid documents have been revised to <br /> reflect these comments. <br /> 2. Groundwater_ <br /> The upgrade of the Andco System is essentially <br /> complete_ All stormwater has been removed from <br /> the North Yard with treatment through the Andco <br /> System.
