As discussed with <br /> you and Ms. Cori Condon, Addendum No. 1 includes the addition of a <br /> monitoring tube (MT-9) and a lysimeter cluster (L-309, 310) directly <br /> east of the retort pit area. Additional general construction details <br /> and information are also provided within the addendum. <br /> The project specific health and safety plan has been revised based on <br /> the analytical results of soil , groundwater, and air sampling conducted <br /> during pilot and confirmation drilling activities at the site. <br /> Contractors will submit construction bids for the project by January 31 , <br /> 1992. Bid evaluation and award of the contract should be completed by <br /> February 7, 1992. Construction of the full-scale soil flushing system <br /> is currently scheduled to begin on February 17 , 1992. <br />
