In no event shall the Discharger be required to monitor and record data more <br /> often than twice the frequencies listed in the schedule. <br /> RECEIVING WATER MONITORING <br /> During periods of flow in the Stockton Diverting Canal monitoring of receiving water quality is to be <br /> included in the Monitoring and Reporting Program.
