The laboratory QC numbers will be placed on the <br /> labels, in the accession log, and on the chain-of-custody <br /> i ; fora. If samples are acidified their pH will be measured by <br /> narrow range pH paper at the time of opening for analysis, <br /> r.+ All comments concerning procedures requiring handling of the <br /> � T samples will be dated and initialed on the form by the <br /> laboratory person performing the procedure.
