Accompanying this letter, please find the results
of this study.
Grain and pore volumes were determined using Boyle' s Law double-cell methods with
helium as the gaseous medium. Porosities and densities were then calculated as
described in API RP-40, API Recommended Practice for Core-Analysis Procedure,
1960. Fluid saturation was determined as described in API RP-40 and moisture
content by ASTM D-2216.
We appreciate this opportunity to be of service to you and to Sequoia Analytical ,
should you have any questions, or if we may be of further help in the future,
please do not hesitate to contact us.
Very truly yours,
J f rymi th
La oratory Supervisor - Rock Properties RECEIVED
NOV 1 9 1997
r'Al
JLS:nw
1 original report: Addressee
Core Laboratories,Inc.
3430 Unicorn Road.Bakers held,Caldornia 93308.(805)392-8600.Fax(805)392-0824
