ENVIRONMENTAL SETTING Describe the current land use of the facility and adjacent properties within 1,000 feet of the facility. If possible,attach photographs of these areas.Date and label photos. On-site: The site is primarily paved. It is flat with proper sloping for storm water drainage.There is no vegetation at the facility due to the pavement. The facility is located in a heavy industrial zone. Other large companies operating within 1,000 feet of the Adjacent Properties: industrial zone include:Holt of California(CAT dealer),Les Schwab tire Center,Klein Bros Warehouse, ALCO Iron and Metal.Recycling Company and Paul's Truck Wash,Valero Gas Station. ENVIRONMENTAL SETTING CONT Describe any existing vegetation at the facility and on adjacent properties. If any threatened or endangered species occur in the project area or on adjacent properties,identify the species and indicate how they will be impacted by the proposed project. These ve etation tv es should be shown in the photographs submitted. There is no vegetation at the facility with the exception of decorative shrubs located in front of the office entrance. Please On-site: see attached photos. Adjacent properties: The facility is located in a heavy industrial zone that is primarily paved with some landscaping trees and shrubs for decorative purposes. Describe existing wildlife at the facility and on adjacent properties. If any threatened or endangered species occur in the project area or on ad'acent properties,identify the species and indicate how they will be impacted by the proposed project. The is no wildlife to be threatened or endangered located at the facility. Additionally,Laurel Boyd outlined in a letter addressing the San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation&Open Space Plan(SJMSCP)response to local On-site: jurisdiction advisory agency notice to SJCOG that"This project is not subject to participate at this time due to structure and ground disturbances already existing." Adjacent properties: There is no wildlife to be threatened or endangered located adjacent to the facility.
