Arrived onsite approximately at 10:15 AM, meeting Steve Kraus,CRM and <br /> Terry Leveille,TL&Associates.The inspection concluded at 12:00 PM. <br /> The facility is currently non-operational and will not become operational until it obtains a major waste tire <br /> facility permit. During an inspection of the facility, zero waste tires were observed. Since the facility is non- <br /> operational,there were no manifest to review. It was confirmed in WTMS that no manifest for facility were <br /> generated. Please keep all manifests for a 3 year rolling period once operational.Tire Program Identification <br /> number(TPID)could not be located. Steve mentioned that although he has the TPID number written down, he <br /> has not received the certificate in mail. Steve Kraus indicated that the TPID certificate would be posted in the <br /> Operations office along with manifest once operational. During a search of WTMS,the TPID was printed on <br /> 9/30/2015 and sent to facility. No violations or area of concerns were noted at time of inspection. <br />
