LLC, TPID No. 1837326 Action By: April 19, 2016 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Summary of Request: This is a request that the Branch Chief approve the issuance of a New Major Waste Tire Facility Permit (WTFP) for CRM Co. LLC, TPID No. 1837326, located in the City of Stockton. Staffs findings and recommendations are provided relative to the proposed action. An application for a New Major WTFP was received by Permitting and Assistance Branch staff on September 30, 2015. The application was accepted as complete and correct on October 22, 2015. Pursuant to Title 14, California Code of Regulations (14 CCR), Section 18425, CalRecycle has 180 calendar days from the date the application is accepted as complete and correct to either issue or deny the issuance of a Major WTFP. CalRecycle is required to act by April 19, 2016. Recommendation: Based on staffs review of the submitted permit application package, staff recommends the Branch Chief issue the New Major WTFP. The applicant has met all the necessary application requirements outlined in 14 CCR Section 18431 pertaining to the issuance of a New Major WTFP. These findings are summarized in the table found in the attached Permitting and Assistance Branch Staff Report. The documents and analysis on which staff's findings are based are permanently maintained by the Waste Permitting, Compliance, and Mitigation Division. Details on the findings are presented in the attached Permitting and Assistance Branch Staff Report. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Branch Chief Action: On the basis of the information, analysis and findings in the Permitting and Assistance Branch Staff Report attached to this Request for Action and staff recommendation, I hereby issue the New Major WTFP for CRM Co LLC., TPID No. 1837326.
