Please post this TPID certificate in a conspicuous
location at your place of business (i.e., wall, counter, framed, etc.), replacing the old TPID
certificate issued to your company. By posting this updated TPID certificate, it will allow the
waste tire hauler or CalRecycle representative to correctly identify your place of business and
determine if waste tire haulers are legally allowed to dispose of waste tires at this facility.
Failure to post this certificate in a conspicuous location at your place of business may result
in a minimum fine of$250 for the first offense.
If the information on this TPID certificate is not correct, or if you have other questions pertaining
to the storage and transportation of waste or used tires, please contact the Waste Tire Hotline at
(866) 896-0600, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Thank you for your assistance.
Sincerely,
Keith E.
