On 8/18/08 another routine inspection was conducted and they were in <br /> compliance on that date as well. <br /> Here's my question: was there some intervening information or other factors that went into <br /> conducting a second inspection less than 4 months after the first one? <br /> The reason I am asking is that I have been instructed to communicate to Grantees that to the <br /> degree possible, please try to conduct surveys/inspections at all of the sites within your <br /> jurisdiction before conducting another inspection within the same year. <br /> Alternatively, if there are other factors which you believe needed to be addressed, please <br /> articulate them on the inspection form. <br /> If you have any questions, please let me know. <br /> Thanks, <br /> Bill <br /> 9/15/2008 <br />
