This report summarizes technical <br /> activities conducted by PG&E in compliance with the order from December 19, 1994 to <br /> March 31, 1995 and activities planned for the next quarter. <br /> I. Activities Performed During Previous Ouarter: <br /> The Phase IIIc field investigation work was conducted between October 3, 1994 and <br /> November 11, 1994. Six new groundwater monitoring wells (one A Zone well, two B <br /> Zone wells and three C Zone wells) were installed and one existing well (in the A Zone) <br /> was replaced during this field work. After installation of these wells, groundwater <br /> sampling was conducted on all wells during November, 1994. During the week of <br /> December 5, 1994, a 24-hour aquifer pumping test was conducted on one of the new B <br /> Zone wells. <br /> II. Activities Performed During Current Ouarter. <br /> On January 31, 1995, PG&E submitted the"Phase III Technical Memorandum, Stockton <br /> Former Manufactured Gas Plant Site, Pacific Gas and Electric Company" to the <br /> Department of Toxic Substance Control (DTSC) and the Central Valley Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board (RWQCB). This Technical Memorandum describes the field <br /> activities and soil and groundwater monitoring results associated with the installation of <br /> six new groundwater monitoring wells and the replacement of one well. This work <br /> occurred during the Fall, 1994. It also describes the results of the pumping test conducted <br /> during the week of December 5, 1994. <br />
