The DRAP is approved <br /> for public review and comment which is scheduled between January 1998 and February <br /> 1998. Specific dates for the 30-day comment period and for the public meeting will be <br /> forwarded by Fact Sheet to the site mailing list. A copy of the final DRAP and <br /> supporting documentation must be placed in the established public repository for public <br /> review during the comment period. In addition,the enclosed CEQA documentation must <br /> also be placed in the public repository for review. <br /> By law, DTSC is required to prepare a preliminary nonbinding allocation of <br /> responsibility (MBAR) among all identifiable responsible parties for review.
