The enclosed <br /> Technical Memorandum describes the objectives for the soil and groundwater <br /> investigation; the analytical results of the soil and groundwater sampling; the results of the <br /> deionized waste extraction test (DI WET) and toxicity characteristic leaching procedure <br /> (TCLP) conducted on selected soil samples; and the conclusions and implications for the <br /> Feasibility Study. This work was conducted in accordance with the"Final Workplan, <br /> Additional Soil and Groundwater Investigation During Feasibility Study, Stockton Former <br /> Manufactured Gas Plant Site", submitted to DTSC and the RWQCB on November 13, <br /> 1996.
