The installation of this boring <br /> and well will is part of an on-going groundwater investigation associated with the PG&E <br /> Former Manufactured Gas Plant (MGP) located at 535 Center Street, Stockton. <br /> ENV America understands that this permit can only be completed when an access <br /> agreement with the City of Stockton is received from the Department of Public Works <br /> (Stockton DPW). ENV America has submitted an application for this access agreement to <br /> the Stockton DPW.
