The revision was requested by the <br /> California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC). The original Cost Estimate for <br /> Financial Assurance was transmitted to the DTSC on January 11, 2005. The DTSC <br /> requested that the cost estimate for annual groundwater monitoring be revised to include a <br /> new well downgradient of MW-26R that PG&E is proposing in a separate work plan to be <br /> submitted to the DTSC by March 4, 2005. <br /> The revised cost estimate and details are shown on Tables 1 and 2.
