I appreciate you taking time to explain and go over entire process <br />and working with us on permit and issues that we have at the site at 25775 Patterson Pass Road, Tracy, CA 95377. <br />Here is what we discuss and agreed that I provide written statement with the details: <br />- We have permit to replace 4 dispensers and we will install Bravo frames plugs and metal plate to catch all fuel <br />into UDC. This will bring us into compliance and we will do it ASAP. I will inform Vicki as soon as it's done. We <br />hope that it will be done by this Fri. <br />- We are going ahead with demo of existing canopy and installation of new Canopy. We will be breaking concrete <br />just around Canopy column. This should not interfere with any UST components. As you requested and as lines <br />are in close proximity of the work, we will do Line tightness test or SB989 after canopy work completes to make <br />sure the lines were not compromised during canopy work. We will inform SJCEHD before scheduling any test so <br />someone can be at site to witness the test. <br />Our contractor will work with Vicki to get all the needed information, certifications and scope of work for <br />project to convert one tank to diesel. <br />Thanks, <br />Nick <br />a <br />National <br />
