The permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br />1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Contact Vicki McCartney at (209) 468-9852 to arrange the following inspection <br />appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be <br />aware that inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit <br />approval. <br />a. Verification of conversion frames installation per the manufacturer's installation <br />instructions. <br />b. Verification of the dispenser footprints contained by the UDC sumps and verification <br />that all potential product piping leaks will be captured in the UDC. <br />c. Visual inspection of the piping within the dispensers for any product leaks. <br />Please be aware that the facility cannot operate the UST system prior to the EHD <br />inspection and approval. <br />4. Any individual performing the work of a service technician must meet the following <br />qualifications: <br />
