Please revise and resubmit F-4 and include labeling of the dispensers/UDCs. Amended SR0077233 (including replacement of all four dispensers with Encore 700 series 3+0 dispenser, install new Bravo CONY -RETROFIT -PLATE -KIT on UDCs 1-2 and 5-6 and repair leaks in all UDCs.) 1.
