Also included is one letter from the Department of <br /> Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) presenting their comments on <br /> the Work Plan, and one letter presenting Levineā¢Fricke's <br /> responses to the DTSC comments. The field work for this <br /> project is scheduled to take place on December 23 and 24 , <br /> 1992 . We will be in contact with you on December 18, 1992 to <br /> finalize the schedule for a field inspector. <br /> Based on a conversation between you and Mr. Scott Heald of <br /> Levine-Fricke we understand the following regarding this <br /> project: <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services (SJCPHS) has <br /> received the results of the investigation that took place <br /> in June and July 1992 ; <br /> SJCPHS has been billing Great Western Chemical directly for <br /> services and that the most recent billing was in October <br /> for services during the third quarter of 1992 . Therefore, <br /> we are not including the "prepayment" for the SJCPHS file <br /> review or a new "Site Mitigation Acknowledgement/Request <br /> For Services" form. <br /> The work is being done under the supervision of the DTSC, and <br /> the contact person is Mr. Eric Garcia.
